Several Technical Researches About Computer-aided Design In Architectural Design

With the development of science and advanced computer techniques,Computer-aided design will be the critical importance to not only the way ofarchitecture design but also the concept, and will affect the way of architecturaldesign in the future. In architectural design, the development of CAD mayincrease the efficiency of design, optimize the proposal of design, reduce thecycle of design, reduce the complicated operation of designer, and it has a widersignificance to architectural design.Although the CAD functions become more than before, the CAD techniquescannot meet our need 100 percent, and we can reach the same goal throughdifferent way. This thesis is for the purpose of finding the short way inarchitectural design through CAD menu, drawing database, model file and so on,to make these numerous computation and operation problems easier than before,and increase the efficiency of design with little expense.This thesis has summarized predecessor's research and introduced the conceptof CAD, the virtues and defects of CAD, the development tools of CAD, andstudied the second development in the architectural design process by using theCAD open structure and the high computer language (for example Visual LISP orother tools), including CAD menu, drawing database, simplification command,drawing three dimensional effect chart, chinese character input, linetype, plineand so on. I have emphatically studied the development and application ofcomputing building material.
