Study And Protection On Street Landscape Of Dashilar Historic District In Beijing

With the rapid development of China's economy and the improvement of people's living standards,the historical blocks that gradually declined with the urbanization process began to be concerned by ordinary people.The protection of historical blocks and buildings and landscapes gradually entered the public field from the professional field.After years of development,the protection of historical blocks has moved from a single building protection to diversification.The work content has begun to pay attention to the protection and renewal of various value carriers such as historical buildings,streetscapes and intangible culture in historical blocks.Beijing Dashilar Historic District is one of the most important historical districts in Beijing.Since its development in the Liao and Jin Dynasties,the various formats and cultures between prosperity and sorrow have developed here.Now it has become a famous historical block in Beijing and even the world.However,due to various comprehensive reasons in the long-term development process,it has presented various development issues in various districts,leaving experts and various protection departments to work together with neighborhood residents,neighborhood committees and other organizations.This study is based on the cooperation between the Mentor's group and the Design institute of China railway contructionengineering group,the development of the Dashilan Historical and Cultural Streets Management and Control Guidelines.This research is also being carried out.This study takes the streetscape of Beijing Dashilar Historic District as the research object,and uses literature research,case comparison,field research,GIS analysis and other research methods to first sort out the formation and development of the streetscape of Dashilar Historic District,and then Excavation analysis of various types of street space,interface units,street facilities and intangible culture,and then select the Dashilar West Street,Baishun Hutong and Yangmeizhu Xiejie in the historical block as commercial,residential and hybrid The typical streets of the street analyze the functional distribution,height control,architectural changes,and architectural style along the street.Based on the above research background and basic research work,the conclusions of this study are obtained.Excavate the value of the streetscape of the Dashilar historical district,the value carrier and the authenticity and integrity of the streetscape.In view of the value and value carrier,combined with the status quo,suggestions for the protection,display and utilization of the streetscape of the Dashilar historical district are proposed.Protection needs to start from the sound of the protection system,develop sound planning and protection guidelines,and effectively raise the public's awareness of protection;display and use aspects must respect the relevant principles,for the decline of street landscape,the threat of historical landscape is threatened,street funct:ionality In addition to the status quo of outdated facilities and the decline of intangible culture in the block,it is proposed to display and utilize the streetscape of the Dashilar historical district.
