Study On Landscape Architecture Of Ten-Mile Ancient Street Historic District In Qingzhou

The street landscape is an essential part of urban landscape elements. Historically, the planning and construction of city will drive the change of pattern of streets. Along with the urban development, the function of roads has been expanded from the initial into aspects of commercial transportation, living, culture, landscape, military and so on. Witnessed the development of cities, rather than buildings, in some extent, street is more representative of a city history and culture.With days passing by, the ancient cities have been changed into the modern city of tall buildings. However, the ancient scenery could be seen in the picture from the old neighborhoods survived in the city. They are the cultural heritages of urban history and the records of the city’s traditional look, hold the historical information in the process of urban development. This is "historical district’The Ten-mile ancient street is a historical district in the Qingzhou. During the Ming and Qing period, it was once a center in eastern Shandong province famous of the trade center and religious activities. Zhaode ancient is awarded the reward of the first "Famous historical street of Chinese history and culture" for gathering the legacy of a large number of well-preserved ancient buildings in Ming and Qing.This paper first traced back to the formation and history change of ten-mile streets under the specific historical period and overall framework of city construction and development. The street space form, the street landscape, node characteristics, frontage, paving pattern, the environment relations, visual properties, and the relevant space elements in Ming and Qing were detailed analyzed. On the composition of city street space, pattern of traditional system and landscape elements, the paper explored a detailed inquiry of the overall layout and the local area of the deduction and intrinsic historical connotation, such as the lane, streets, houses, shops and private garden. This paper focuses on streets’layout and landscape characteristic research in the historic district. Through the search of various historical documents, field investigation, combined with the local old interview approach, starting from the streets’development background, political and economic, social environment, cultural spirit, the built environment, it analyzed the overall features, such as texture blocks, scale, node and other elements of space layout. Try to through the research on landscape elements, deep cultural connotation of the Qingzhou ancient city, to show people the old features and its long history of cultural characteristics of the famous commercial district in the Northern Song Dynasty, prosperous in the Ming and Qing Dynasties.At last, suggestions were put forward, aiming at the present situation and problems of the protection of ten-mile ancient street historic district renewal, tourism etc.. Through a series of protective planning, attempt to improve the living environment and neighborhood streets, residents of city historic environment to maintain the continuity and historical. And through tourism development, made historical landscape and unique cultural connotation, inherit cultural authenticity in the protection, highlight cultural exhibition, art, tourism, leisure experience and other functions.
