Research On The Active Protection And Renewal Of Fengming Street Historical District In Dalian

The protection and renewal of historical blocks is an important research content in the protection of human material and cultural heritage.The protection and renewal of urban historical blocks is of great significance to urban development and economic construction in China.It can give full play to its historical value while continuing the city style.At present,the research on the protection and inheritance of the cultural level in the historical blocks is relatively weak,and the living protection is the more effective method for the current cultural protection and inheritance.In the early stage,the theory of living protection was applied to the protection of intangible cultural heritage,mainly through the search for living carriers to protect by means of cultural promotion,living inheritance and continuation.Different from the static protection,the active protection makes the protected object active.After that,the theory has been extended to the protection of heritage sites,ancient towns and villages,and has been applied to the protection and inheritance of historical blocks.This paper takes Fengming street as the research object,analyzes the traditional style,architectural style,folk culture and residents’ living conditions,and highlights the cultural connotation of the block.This paper puts forward the strategies and methods of block culture inheritance,that is,refining the unique harmony style building culture of the special zone,establishing the living carrier of the residential block,looking for measures and methods to provide the masses with a variety of block feelings,and building the value system of characteristic eco-tourism,so as to provide guidance and help for the living protection of the Fengming street historical block.Combined with the research object,this paper systematically analyzes three cases of active protection,namely,Wuxi qingmingqiao historical block,Fuzhou Sanfang Qixiang historical block and Zhoucun ancient shopping mall historical block.From the four aspects of living cultural background,living protection carrier,living protection measures and living protection value,this paper analyzes the media carrier,measure means,operation mechanism and value significance of living protection theory applied to historical blocks.The corresponding living protection principles are summed up,including the living cultural diversity principle,the living carrier importance principle,the living measure systematic principle and the living value specific principle.The purpose of this paper is to establish a close relationship between the theory of living protection and the protection and inheritance of historical blocks.Through the study of living protection carriers and the proposal of living protection strategies,we can spread the historical culture of blocks,endow blocks with new vitality,and actively explore the living and renewal of historical blocks.
