| With the continuous expansion of the scale of China’s civil aviation industry,aircraft,airlines,fights,routes and passengers have increased rapidly.Though the development of civil aviation brings convenience to people,it also causes a series of contradictions.The surge in passengers has brought severe challenges to the operation and management of airlines and airports,especially in the issue of the on-time rate of flights,which has caused people to be extremely troubled.Flights delay is one of the most prominent problems,which has caused passengers’ conflicts with the airport and airline staff.Such conflicts have aroused wide concern in society.In view of the increasingly serious flight delays in recent years,basing on public crisis management and risk management theory,this The paper uses methods such as literature analysis,comprehensive analysis and case analysis.and summarize the current delaying problems in the disposal work.Secondly,combining with the data case of flight delay at Changsha Huanghua International Airport,this paper systematically analyses the delay rate,time and space characteristics,the comparison of inbound and outbound flights,the delay routes and the reasons.Thirdly,drawing on the advanced flight management concepts and experiences of foreign countries and combining with their own work experience,this paper puts forward some suggestions and suggestions on perfecting industry legislation and delay compensation system,introducing and reforming employment system,upgrading industry skills,integrating social resources,and strengthening the integration of various departments and supervision.Provide valuable reference for effectively preventing aviation delays,reducing delays,and preventing conflicts after delays.The paper is divided into six parts.The first part is to outline the background and theoretical basis of the research.The second part is to analyze the characteristics and causes of flight delays.Third,it summarizes the current situation of the handling of flight delays in China.,and introduces the mechanism and enlightenment of flight delays in developed countries.The Fourthly part is to take the flight delays data of Changsha Huanghua Airport as an example to carry out the empirical research.Fifth,in view of the current situation of flightdelays,this paper puts forward effective mechanisms to prevent flight delays in China,and Sixth,conclusions and prospects. |
