Evaluation Of Diffusion Effect Of Highway Engineering Technology

Today,with the rapid development of technological innovation in highway industry,the diffusion of new technologies in highway engineering has become one of the main methods of highway maintenance and transformation in China.Effective diffusion of new technologies in highway engineering can successfully replace the original road materials,improve road traffic conditions,shorten construction time and improve driving comfort.Because of the vast territory of our country and the limitation of geological conditions and climate in various regions,the use of many new technologies needs to be adapted to local conditions.Based on Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,this paper summarizes the present situation of evaluation of diffusion benefit of highway engineering technology in China,and analyses the characteristics of highway engineering and the development trend of new technology.Based on the current situation of new technology in highway engineering in China,this paper expounds the diffusion path of highway engineering technology,the four main bodies of diffusion and the relationship between different main bodies of diffusion in technology diffusion,and analyses the influencing factors of the diffusion effect of highway engineering technology in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.According to the contribution to the development of economics,the diffusion effect of highway engineering technology is divided into economic benefit,ecological benefit and social benefit.Based on the relevant economic theories,analyze the economic benefits,ecological benefits and social benefits of highway engineering technology diffusion,present the evaluation index of technology diffusion effect,and expound its content and calculation method.Then construct the evaluation system of technology diffusion effect,and calculate the weight of each index in the evaluation system based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method and two-way comparison method.This paper demonstrates the applicability and validity of the established evaluation system of technology diffusion effect through the application of NovaChip technology in preventive maintenance project of Jingkai Side Road,and lays a foundation for the analysis of whether the new technology will continue to diffusion.
