As new energy vehicles(NEV)industry was included into the emerging strategic industries in China's “13th Five-year Plan”,local governments at all levels attached great importance to the development of NEV and introduced a series of policies and measures.But as a new emerging industry,it has disadvantages such as high investment on technical research and development,great diffusion time and high uncertainty.The general method in foreign countries is to set up an industrial technology alliance by the government,enterprises,R&D institutions and intermediary media in collaboration for technology R&D,application and promotion.Therefore,the new technology industrialization process can be accelerated and its competitiveness will be enhanced.However,the industrial technology diffusion system composed by relevant subjects will face the problem of how to maintain the systematical coordination among them.Therefore,it is of important realistic value to explore the rules of synergistic diffusion of technology in NEV industry and formulate the appropriate technology diffusion path.Innovation diffusion,systematic science and synergism are adopted in this dissertation to analyze the NEV technology synergistic diffusion system and the existing technology diffusion problems by using quantitative analysis tools such as factor analysis and structural equation model.Moreover,original data are obtained through the questionnaire survey,and the key factors affecting the technology synergic diffusion performance of the industry as well as the diffusion path are analyzed by adopting the knowledge management theory.Systematic simulation test is conducted to have an insight into the evolution rules of the technology synergic diffusion system of the industry.The functioning relationship among relevant variables and the basic energy source are analyzed in this dissertation,which lays a solid theoretic and practical foundation for the governments at all levels to formulate the policies and measures for the promotion of technology synergic diffusion.Firstly,the realizing mechanism of the NEV technology synergistic diffusion in China from the aspect of technology knowledge essence are analyzed in this dissertation.The essence of technology diffusion is the process of realizing the application of the technology industrialization,while the process of technology industrialization is the integration and reconstruction between the new technology and original knowledge system,and the whole process will be conducted with the synergistic support of industry scenario.NEV technology synergistic diffusion system and the subject function chart of knowledge diffusion network are established in this research,which divides the realization and reconstruction of new technical knowledge into aligned diffusion of homogeneous knowledge and the selective diffusion of heterogeneous knowledge.With the theory of technological trajectory,this dissertation analyzes the mechanism of different types of technical knowledge diffusion.Secondly,on the basis of the understanding of the NEV technology,the composition of the influencing factors of the NEV synergistic diffusion are discussed.And the main factors influencing the synergistic diffusion of the NEV technology are explored,including the diffusion subject,object,the technological intermediary,the network relation,the diffusion channel,origin,environment,and funds.To analyze the interaction relations among the above eight influencing factors,the original hypothetical model of the NEV technology synergistic diffusion based on the document research is built.By adopting the development strategy of matching with the investigation data,appropriate adjustment of the original model is made to build the model of NEV technology synergistic diffusion path so as to find the critical path of the technology diffusion.Thirdly,the technology of systematic dynamics to simulate NEV technology synergistic diffusion system from the aspect of synergy innovation are adopted in this dissertation.By analyzing the casual relationship between dynamic systems configuration and diffusion factors of NEV technology synergistic diffusion,the gradual process and synergistic diffusion rule of this technology are figured out.By analyzing the basic simulation and sensibility,the dissertation finds out the source of energy that effectively drives the NEV technology synergistic diffusion system,and further analyzes the mechanism of NEV technology synergistic diffusion.Moreover,the dissertation offers effective theoretical reference and support to the operation as well as policy design of NEV technology synergistic diffusion system.At last,the current construction of China's NEV technology synergistic diffusion system is analyzed from eight aspects through the questionnaire,including the operational capability of intermediary service institutions,the government support and endogenous motivation of enterprises.Moreover,systematic plans are carried out from the aspects of subject ability cultivation,internal and external paths construction and specific political measures of technology synergistic diffusion of China's NEV industry.Therefore,this study provides a systematic propulsion solution for China's NEV technology synergistic diffusion.
