Study On Life Cycle Management Of Charging Piles For Electric Vehicles In Beijing

In recent years,with the increasing contradiction between environmental protection and energy consumption,China has begun to vigorously promote the development of new energy automobile industry.Electric vehicles,as the closest industrial achievement to public life,have attracted more and more attention.However,the planning,operation and profitability of public charging infrastructure are still lagging behind the rapid expansion of the new energy automobile market.Moreover,the current research only aims at the single link or stage of charging pile,lacking systematic analysis of the life cycle management of charging pile.After analyzing the development of charging facilities at home and abroad,this paper chooses Beijing as the research object of charging pile life cycle management.Firstly,this paper introduces the concepts of charging pile,life cycle and life cycle of charging pile in the theoretical part,and establishes the research scope of this paper.Based on the summary of the actual development of charging piles in Beijing,this paper combs the current status of relevant policies,construction,operation,profit and maintenance of charging piles issued in Beijing,summarizes the problems existing in the three stages of planning,operation and maintenance of charging piles in the whole life cycle,and analyzes the causes of the problems.Based on the theory of management and life cycle,this paper studies the charging piles,puts forward the method of planning service radius and reserved electricity for charging piles in Beijing by establishing a mathematical model,discusses the adaptability of various operation and profit modes in Beijing,and puts forward some suggestions for the maintenance and management of charging piles.Finally,through the theoretical application of the Y District charging pile project completed in Beijing,the planning,implementation and maintenance process are analyzed,and the conclusion is drawn by the case,which proves that the conclusions obtained in this paper have certain application value.
