At present,along with the steady progress of industrialization level and urbanization level,the construction of distribution network is still in a relatively fast period,and gradually enters the era of "2.0",that is,the era of smart network.Distribution network operation and maintenance management as an important link affecting the safe and stable power supply,in the era of smart grid,the transformation and upgrading of power engineering,the increase and improvement of distribution network layout scale,the continuous upgrade of power equipment,the continuous optimization of the operation and maintenance management of distribution network put forward newer and higher requirements.At present,power distribution operation and maintenance management of power supply companies in our country has made some improvements in mechanization construction,non-power failure operation ability,intelligent construction,fine management and so on.However,there are still some problems such as high operation and maintenance cost,low lean management level,and immature integration construction of power distribution operation and maintenance,which have affected the improvement of power users’ satisfaction.It also affects the overall improvement of the quality and efficiency of distribution network operation and maintenance management and the increase of economic benefits of power supply companies.This thesis mainly adopts the methods of questionnaire survey,field survey and interview combined with specific methods such as data combing,standard evaluation in the same industry,power user satisfaction survey and employee evaluation to Conduct a multi-dimensional and comprehensive investigation on the operation and maintenance management status of the distribution network of Y City Power Supply Company,and analyze the existing problems and causes.According to the field investigation,data review and staff interview of the distribution network,the scientific rationality of the distribution network planning and design in the distribution network is insufficient;in the construction stage;in the operation and maintenance stage,the imperfect mechanism,personnel allocation and process system,which affect the operation and maintenance cost,and the quality and efficiency of the distribution network need to be further improved.According to the satisfaction evaluation of power users,it can be seen that the overall satisfaction of users with Y City power Supply Company is relatively high,but the overall satisfaction with the operation and maintenance management of the distribution network needs to be further improved.Through employee evaluation,found that the company of operations management attention is not high,operations management integration construction mode is not sound,operational management technology,some staff operational ability lack(especially some of the old staff cannot bear the new equipment operations work),operations management process and guidelines and smart grid distribution integration operation mode does not match,digital operational system construction is imperfect affect the Y city power supply company distribution network operational management quality and important factors.In order to further improve the quality and efficiency of operation and maintenance management of distribution network of Y Power supply Company,targeted suggestions are put forward for the improvement of operation and maintenance management of distribution network of Y power supply Company from four dimensions:planning and design,construction,operation and maintenance,and continuous improvement.In Y city power supply company as the research object,the integrated use of case analysis,questionnaire survey and interview combining the method of analyzing the problems of the distribution network operations work,and combined with the lean management,process management theory targeted put forward policy Suggestions,not only conducive to improve Y city power supply company distribution network operational management efficiency,and can provide reference for other county cities in China.
