| With the rapid development of electric vehicle in China, the electric vehicle charging and battery swap service has taken shape. However, in order to support the the large scale popularization and application of the electric vehicles, the optimization of electric vehicle charging and battery swap service and the operation mode of the charging facilities maintenance service needs to be carried out. Thus the goal of strengthening the enterprise management and enhancing the production efficiency can be achieved.In this paper, the research is carried out on the operation mode of the Charging and Battery Swapping Facilities Maintenance Corporation. Firstly, the urgent demand of the optimization of the operation mode of Charging and Battery Swapping Facilities Maintenance Corporation is it introduced. Secondly, the deep research of the present situation of the Charging and Battery Swapping Facilities Maintenance Corporation is given. Thirdly, the DEA theory and its application procedure are introduced. Fourthly, the four candidate operation modes, including the independent mode, the centralized control station mode, the running and fixing integrated mode and the robot mode, are analyzed with mathematical modeling method. Then the fixed investment, the human cost and the operating and maintenance fees under different operating time and different scales of electric vehicles are calculated and discussed. The conclusion that the running and fixing integrated mode and the robot mode are relatively more effective is drawn. And this conclusion is verified with life cycle cost method. Finally, the analysis of the application of the four different operation modes in HZ Charging and Battery Swapping Facilities Maintenance Corporation is carried out with both DEA method and life cycle cost methods. Also the suggestion to optimize the operation modes in HZ Charging and Battery Swapping Facilities Maintenance Corporation is given. |
