The Outline for Building a Transportation Power is clearly proposed to promote the electrification,new energy and clean of all urban public transport.At present,the energy power of urban conventional buses in China has basically been electrified,while taxis,as an important supplement to public transport,have unbalanced application of energy power electrification.The application and development layout of pure electric taxi in China is mainly in central and southern cities with short cold period,and the development process of cities in severe cold areas is slow.In order to explore the reasons why the application of pure electric taxis lags behind in cities in severe cold areas,this paper studies the application of pure electric taxis in Urumqi,a typical city in severe cold areas,Through tracking and carrying out the project "analysis and Research on the operation adaptability of pure electric taxi in Urumqi" commissioned by Urumqi Transportation Bureau and the autonomous regional research and innovation project "Research on the layout planning technology of pure electric vehicle charging station in cold region cities--Taking Urumqi as an example",the operation data of pure electric taxi and gas taxi in Urumqi in the same period of each season are compared,This paper studies the operation characteristics of pure electric taxis in Urumqi,and finds that the main reasons restricting the operation of pure electric taxis in Urumqi are low density of charging stations and unreasonable layout under the current conditions of battery pack and power consumption distribution in each temperature range.Therefore,according to the operation characteristics of pure electric taxi in Urumqi,this paper explores the planning technology of urban charging stations in severe cold areas.Firstly,this paper analyzes the planning conditions of Urumqi charging station from the aspects of Urumqi climate characteristics,current situation of charging station distribution,pure electric taxi,transportation infrastructure and reference basis of charging station distribution planning,so as to lay the foundation of Urumqi charging station distribution planning;Secondly,a questionnaire was developed for pure electric taxi drivers to investigate and analyze the remaining electricity and other related issues,so as to provide a basis for the study of pure electric taxi operation characteristics.At the same time,the basic data of pure electric taxi operation in Urumqi administrative department,charging station operation enterprise and transportation management enterprise were collected,This paper studies the operation characteristics of pure electric taxi,and analyzes the influence of charging station layout planning on the operation characteristics of pure electric taxi;Then,through the analysis of the service coverage of charging stations and the current distribution of urban road network,the geometric model of urban charging station layout planning is constructed;Then,based on the analysis of the operation characteristics of pure electric taxi,the service coverage model of charging station is established with the shortest mileage based on the remaining power mileage and the radius of service coverage of charging station as constraints;Finally,the geometric model of Urumqi power station layout planning and the shortest mileage model of the remaining electricity can be built to iteratively optimize the charging station layout,and evaluate the rationality of the charging station layout planning scheme according to the service coverage of the charging station.
