Study On The Diagnosis And Treatment Space Design Of Psychiatric Hospitals

When it comes to mental patients,they may cause some people to be disdainful,and may also remind some people of Van Gogh's paintings.Nevertheless,in the context of the new era,the mental stress brought about by life,work,further education,promotion and aging has further promoted the rise of the prevalence of mental illness to a certain extent.People also pay more attention to the development level of mental health,they want to relieve the discomfort caused by stress in a timely manner,and hope to continue to take a positive attitude to life,work and study.At present,the state has gradually attached importance to the development of mental health,invested funds to support the project,and has written relevant regulations.However,the current level of mental health development in China and the medical demands of people with psychogenia and sub-healthy still show a certain extent of mismatching.It's due to the late issuance of architectural design codes and construction standards for psychiatric hospitals,besides the diagnostic and therapeutic techniques of mental diseases is still researching and developing.Many psychiatric hospitals have incomplete functional configuration and lack of systemic and uniform facilities.In addition,the hospital building space is accompanied by a certain degree of practical problems in use,it is difficult to meet the needs of the diagnosis and treatment space for mentally ill patients and sub-healthy people in the new era.This paper establishes the necessary connection between psychiatric medicine and architectural space design by constructing the architectural space system of the psychiatric hospital,and uses the methods of on-site measurement,verification of current situation drawings,comparison,interview and record to investigate the current situation of the use of diagnostic and treatment space in psychiatric hospitals.Besides this paper summarizies the use of appearance problems.The purpose of this paper is to aim at solving the problem of the use of the internal space of the current building,adding to the construction of the psychiatric hospital and the design of the diagnostic space and treatment space,and also hoping to improve the patient's medical environment.By the way,it wants to shorten the treatment cycle and meet the needs of users' diagnostic and treatment space in the "biological-psychological-social" medical model.The main part of the thesis is divided into five chapters:The first chapter starts from the research background of the topic,and clarifies the research purpose and the research significance at the level of architects,the hospital and the nation.It also summarizes the current situation,clarifies the basic concepts related to spiritual classes,formulates the research scope and the framework of the thesis,selects the researchmethods,and finally elaborates the research innovations and research limitations.The second chapter reviews the development history of psychiatric hospitals,analyzes the relevant theories of psychiatric hospitals.Through the establishment of the architectural space system of the psychiatric hospital,the functional composition of the diagnosis and treatment space of the psychiatric hospital is clarified.In addition,it expounds the service objects,services contents and medical process,analyzes the psychological behavior characteristics and spatial needs of patients,medical staff and therapists.Finally,the objective factors affecting the development of the diagnosis and treatment space in psychiatric hospitals were discussed.The third chapter through the in-depth basic research,takes the case as the research object,researches the hospital about the basic situation,the overall planning and the use of the internal space of the building,from which to find out and summarize the techniques,advantages and disadvantages of the design of the diagnosis and treatment space of the psychiatric hospital.The fourth chapter analyzes and summarizes the main current situation problems of the hospital's overall planning and the design of the interior space of the building.The fifth chapter,based on the theoretical basis of the previous research and the practice basis of the research hospital,combined with excellent cases at home and abroad,proposes the design requirements of the diagnosis and treatment space of outpatient building space system,inpatient building space system,medical technology building space system,rehabilitation training building space system,which suits the development of current psychiatric hospitals.The design points under the system are given from the composition of the functional space,the diagnosis and treatment process,the layout of the diagnosis and treatment space,and the design of the main room.
