In recent years,China has focused on the development of railway transportation.On the one hand,it is convenient for people to travel in daily life;on the other hand,it is of profound significance for the overall social development and economic operation of the country.Security as the key of the whole system of railway transportation,countries to protect the safety of railway transport vehicle,developed a more targeted set of safety monitoring system,formulate a series of standardized safety protection system,involving a lot of work on important parts of safety facilities,set up covering braking,power supply,insulation monitoring,video monitoring,running part fault monitoring,fire monitoring and so on six aspects of the safety monitoring system.In the locomotive safety monitoring system is particularly important is about the direction of axle box temperature monitoring of vehicles,the vehicle in the process of running,the car axle box temperature sensor to collect temperature,will be sent to the locomotive after temperature data handling control and management system,the system according to the actual temperature with alarm temperature,warning and alarm signal,the serious is out of range,a braking signals.Through real time temperature detection,monitoring,comparison and alarm on axle box,the safety of locomotive operation can be guaranteed.This paper is based on the research of axle box temperature detection system.This paper designs and studies three modules,namely,axle box temperature detection device,axle temperature processor and vehicle bus transmission controller.In axle temperature detecting system,the temperature sensor is the key to realize the temperature test equipment,test run,according to the temperature at the current common system model as an example,the bearing is installed under the locomotive car bogie on both sides of the above,each pair of bogie equipped with four axle box temperature sensor,for real-time runtime axle box temperature detection,feedback to the processing system determine whether conform to the requirements of the normal operating temperature.In this paper,DS18B20 sensor with small volume,strong anti-interference ability and high precision is selected to study the function,specification and other operation requirements of the monitoring system.The temperature feedback is received by the temperature processor after the temperature feedback of the axle box.In design,the temperature processor is divided into hardware design(including power supply circuit,microcontroller and peripheral circuit,memory,clock,communication module,etc.),software design(including initialization program,memory program,clock program,fault diagnosis program,etc.)and appearance shield box design.The functions are divided into collection and storage(the data uploaded by the temperature sensor is collected and processed,and the data is stored in the memory at the same time)and upload and processing(the data acquired and processed are uploaded to TCMS through the MVB bus sending controller).Through the acquisition,processing and uploading of the lower device,the interface of the axle temperature detection system on the vehicle can directly reflect the operation alarm state and real-time temperature.The last step is to design MVB transmission controller,which is realized by FPGA technology.The hardware design adopts FPGA main chip selection,download circuit,transmitter interface circuit,etc.The software design adopts transmission control unit,clock frequency division unit,parallel conversion unit,boundary character generation unit,verification sequence coding unit and Manchester coding unit.At last,the simulation test was carried out by ModelSIM software,and each module of the controller was tested,and the results met the requirements.
