Research On Safety Risk Management In Maintenance And Operation Of Locomotive In Railway Locomotive Depot

This paper introduces a systematic safety risk management mechanism and a perfect safety management model based on the current status of safety risk management in railway locomotive operation and maintenance management.It can not only effectively prevent the occurrence of various accidents,but also avoid or reduce personal injury and loss of corporate property.In addition,it can improve enterprise production efficiency and obtain higher benefits.A HAZOP method is referenced to research and analyze the possible risks in all aspects of locomotive operation and maintenance in railway locomotive depot in this paper.There are 25 main risks in 10 segments of locomotive operation.There are 18 main risks in locomotive maintenance in the three segments of locomotive planned repair,temporary repair and odd repair.The risk points that may lead to the occurrence of hazardous events are identified by analyzing the risk of each node and analyzing each cause of the risks.There are 31 risk points obtained after classification and merger.The frequency of risks occurrence and possible losses are analyzed in the paper.The security risk level is determined by evaluating the risk.Some recommended measures are proposed by analyzing the identified causes and listing safety control measures.The viewpoint of establishing a risk management early warning,prevention and control mechanism was proposed to combine the dynamic changes of security risks.The safety management of the locomotive depot was strengthened through measures such as early warning information collection and analysis,safety risk prevention warning,and early warning problem review.The purpose of reducing the level of security risk is achieved by timely obtaining the current prevention and control priorities and taking different strengths of prevention and control measures for management and control.The purpose of reducing accidents is achieved by ensuring that each security risk point is effectively controlled.Research on safety risk management in maintenance and operation of locomotive can effectively promote the prevention and control of safety risks by railway locomotive systems.Eventually,the purpose of preventing and reducing accidents in railway locomotive,reducing accident losses and reducing casualties will be achieved.
