With the teaching refom of higher education,the reform of experimental teaching has been paid more and more attention by universities.In order to cultivate students into high and new talents adapting to the new era,universities should place practice teaching in the first place.The remote experiment teaching studied in this paper is to complete the research and development of networked remote monitoring and management system of process control integrated experiment platform from the point of view of realizing remote equipment control by studying and researching the experience of remote control at home and abroad.With the help of SMPT-1000 advanced multi-functional process control training system of Control Engineering Laboratory of Xingjian College of Arts and Sciences of Guangxi University as the integrated experimental platform and related equipment for process control,a process control synthesis based on industrial network is constructed by connecting the integrated experimental platform for process control to the LAN and WAN of the laboratory.Through ethernet,many sets of process control experimental devices are connected to the lan of the laboratory,and the upper computer which configures the experimental equipment is used as the server to collect and control the data of the experimental equipment.Other pcs in the lan can monitor and control the experimental equipments through the server and form the server/client mode to access the data information.At the same time,in order to transfer information between LAN and WAN,laboratory equipment is connected with OneNET cloud service open platform by configuring gateway server and protocol conversion program written in Python to realize data exchange.In addition,the monitoring screen,data processing and information management system of equipment based on Labview is designed on this platform.It is convenient for teachers to monitor and control the running state of each equipment in the experimental process and realize the archiving and scoring system of experimental data.By building such a comprehensive experimental platform for process control,which integrates remote control,monitoring and management,the network remote control and monitoring management can be realized,and students can flexibly arrange experimental time without time and geographical constraints.It will also be able to show students new achievements in the development of industrial control systems and the diversity and flexibility of networked control systems.Let students know more about the actual process of industrial control system and improve the quality of experimental teaching.
