In recent years,the Internet of things has developed rapidly,and Io T technology has been widely used in various industries.In the application process of various industries,it will bring great advantages of Internet of things technology,and then promote the development of this industry.Considering the current situation and shortcomings in the shipping field,the combination of iot technology and ships can significantly improve the level of informatization and safety management of shipping.This paper focuses on the design and implementation of the ship networking teaching platform.After considering the characteristics of the ship industry,corrosion is taken as the monitoring and research object to build a teaching platform that meets the teaching needs of the Internet of things technology.Its significance is to provide teachers and students of relevant colleges with software and hardware platforms that can be used for experiments or teaching,which is beneficial for experimenters to learn related technologies of the Internet of things and cultivate the application thinking of the Internet of things.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)An on-site environment simulating ocean atmosphere corrosion was constructed,and salt spray corrosion box was used to simulate the salt spray corrosion environment.(2)A wired/wireless transmission network is established,in which the wired transmission is the transmission of temperature sensor,humidity sensor,p H meter,chlorine ion concentration detector and other sensors used to collect field data to the terminal of the wireless network.(3)Completed the data transmission from the wireless network to the database.After the data is transmitted to the host through the wireless network,the communication protocol is analyzed through OPC Server and the data is saved to the SQL Server database.(4)The application program of ship networking experiment platform based on C# was developed to realize the monitoring of the whole system.(5)The corrosion environment and corrosion process were simulated by the multiphysical field simulation software COMSOL,and the corrosion digital twin model was established.Compare the measured corrosion data with the simulation data,verify and improve the digital twin model.Finally,the experiment proves that the experimental platform can operate normally,and each module of the hardware and the monitoring software can fulfill the expected functions.Through this platform,it will provide a foundation for the Internet of things experiment and teaching of teachers and students.In addition,it also provides an idea for how to apply iot technology in the field of ship corrosion monitoring and protection.
