The thesis firstly introduces the motorcycle brake industry's growth situation, and the necessity of researching and producing a combination property test bench to improve the quality of the brake products. Then on the basis of national standards and the requirement of the brake producing companies design a main designing proposal for the test bench's development. As the proposal the thesis uses four chapter to present the design of the test bench's inertia simulation loading system and how to choose a proper power drive for the test bench, the design of the hardware circuit of the test bench's automatic control and signal collection system, the method of how to compile the test bench's control software and the design of a remote monitor system for the tests' long-range visualization of the motorcycle producing companies. In the second chapter of the thesis, the thesis has a detailed introduction of the structure and the working principles of the inertia simulation loading system, fixes the design proposal of the rotating inertia mass plate pack, analyses the vibration problems of the design of the rotating inertia mass plate pack, then has a detailed analyze of which type of power drive will be chose, at last by refined calculate chooses the concrete power drive model. In the third chapter of the thesis, the thesis firstly has a detailed introduction of the design of the hardware circuit of the test bench's automatic control and signal collection system, minutely introduces functions of the 89C51 chip, then the design of signal collection hardware circuits of the temperature, operating force, brake force and rotate speed( In the temperature, operating force, brake force signal collection system, the thesis's focal points are the design of amplifying circuits and the design of the analog-to-digital conversion circuit. In the rotate speed signal collection system, the thesis's emphasis is the design of the hardware circuit based on the 89C2051 chip),at last the design of the relay circuit which is used to achieve the purpose of using the 89C51 chip to control actuators such as the electric motor, the blower, the hydro-valve and the brake cylinder. In the fourth chapter of the thesis, the thesis introduces the software programming considerations of the test bench's control system, the programming process based on the VB language and the assemble language. In the fifth chapter of the thesis, the thesis analyses the function of the remote monitoring system for the completion of the test bench, firstly introduces the system's design method, then introduces the hardware and software for the system, at last chooses the proper network transmission proposal. At last, the thesis sums up the test bench's research experience and gives some related analyzes of the bench's development. |
