The boilers are widely used in industry, its main control parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow, level. The boiler control purposes is a stable vapor pressure and standard steam temperature. Both pressure and temperature are closely related to the boiler combustion section. Designed boiler overall control scheme of this article in accordance with the process of the boiler, the combustion section uses the air-fuel ratio of the vapor pressure cascade control, feedforward control effect; in the drum level control, using the classic three-impulse control; in the control of the deaerator divided into two parts, a deaerator pressure control with single-loop control, a deaerator level control, cascade control, to control the effect; and try to introduce intelligent control in the boiler PLC control for desuperheating control steam temperature is controlled by the adaptive controller to control steam temperature to be achieved, with OPC.The introduction of intelligent process, this article mainly uses OPC technology, MATLAB and WINCC real-time communication. The MATLAB advanced math capabilities make up for the lack of PLC programming, and therefore the use of OPC technology both together. The design uses ladder programming PLC control program for control purposes.
