| Safety is the core topic of the modern civil aviation industry,and it is also the foundation for the healthy and long-term development of the civil aviation industry.After the founnding of New China,China's civil aviation industry has experienced a period of rapid development.With the rapid growth of economic volume,the air passenger volume has been increasing rapidly,and the routes have been enriching and expanding.With the rapid development of civil aviation industry,there are also many security risks.Therefore,it is necessary to study the airport security risks to ensure the sustainable development of the airport.Based on the process of airport operation,this paper studies the security risks faced by the airport security management by analyzing the domestic and foreign research summary of the airport security management.Through the analysis of the common risk identification methods and the comparison of their advantages and disadvantages,we select the appropriate risk identification methods to get the final risk list,which contains 4 first-class risks,22 second-class risks and 14 third-class risks.Based on the final risk list,a risk assessment model is established by AHP.Combining with the example of Vientiane Airport in Laos,this paper evaluates and analyzes the operational risk of the airport,and concludes that the risk level is in the "lower risk" and the operational safety of the airport is in the controllable range.Among the risk factors,seven risk factors were evaluated as "medium"risk and were at a relatively high level,including R13 of public security and customs officers,R14 of fire emergency personnel,R16 of stationed personnel of other external units,R25 of safety inspection equipment,R28 of emergency rescue equipment,R324 of stationed units and 8325 of airport noise.Strengthening in airport safety management in the future.Finally,according to the results of risk assessment,corresponding countermeasures and preventive measures are put forward for risk management. |
