The Research Of Information Security Risk Assessment Of Airport Operation Command System

The increasing civil airport flow raises higher safety requirements of the airportoperation command system, and the civil aviation information security problem isincreasingly outstanding with the development of informatization. At present, domesticinformation security of civil aviation research is still at a necessary stage, especially inairport operation command system. Facing with complex environment and theimproving safety standards, there are many topics worthy exploring and researching. Inairport operation, the information security of airport operation command is infoundation status. So, the implementation of information security risk assessment ofairport operation command is on a key position. The airport operation command systemwhich is the core department of airport operation will affect the safety and efficiency ofthe airport operation. It is very important to analyze the risk of airport operationcommand. Taking the risk assessment and raising strategy are important to the securityof airport operation, and the process and result of risk assessment have importantpractical significance in airport operation.The author of this paper analyzes present situation and achievement of informationsecurity risk assessment at home and abroad, and takes a comparative study in civilaviation field. Firstly, the paper gives a brief description of the main work andprocedures of airport operation command, and discusses organization, command,coordination, control, and emergency rescue which affect safe, efficient and orderlyoperation of airport. At the same time, the paper sums up the information sources whichaffect safe operation of airport operation command between airport operation commandand the airlines、the air traffic management department. The paper mainly analyzes thebasic concepts、 principles、 processes and methods of information security riskassessment and analyzes risk management based on GB/T20984-2007, and analyzesrisk assessment model and evaluation method. According to the characteristics ofairport operation command system, the paper proposes an assessment method whichcombines analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based onGB/T20984-2007, and conforms to the airport operation. At last, the paper takes Shuangliu airport operation command for example, and give risk assessment research,analyze assessment result, gives risk management proposals. The research achievementsof this paper have certain reference significance to airport operation command.
