In the automobile driving,the wheel alignment parameters of rear axle have great influence on the safe driving of the vehicle and the service life of the tire.Alignment parameters of the torsion beam rear axle end face for mounting brake disc has an important influence on the wheel alignment parameters,and it cannot be changed after their delivery,so it is necessary to carry out parameter detection to ensure that it meets the requirements of use before their delivery.Aimed at the present situation that the domestic equipment for detecting torsion beam rear axle end face has low degree of automation,low stability and defects of effective management function for process quality,this paper developed an equipment with high degree of automation,high stability and quality control analysis.The experimental test and analysis proved that this equipment fully meet requirements of fast rhythm and high precision in the production line.This study solved the practical engineering problems,and also provides a reference for the development of similar products.The main works of this dissertation are as follows:(1)Introduction on the detection principle of torsion beam rear axle,summary and analysis of current detection technology,and determination of the detection scheme of the system.(2)The mechanical structure of the test bench was introduced,and then the electric control system with PLC and PC mode was designed,which carried out the anti-jamming design based on the security threats and interference factors faced by the system(3)The acquisition system which takes the sensor as the core is designed,and according to the actual demand,the system acquisition software based on Windows platform was developed.(4)Based on the theory of statistical process control and data characteristic,the software of analysis of process quality control was developed to monitore working procedure quality(5)The operation flow of the testing system is introduced in detail,and the system repeatability is analyzed by using the actual measurement data of the field.
