From 2000,the wind power industry has been rapid development in China.Wind turbine gearbox repair market has developed rapidly.But due to lack of industry control,industry practices lack of wind turbine gearbox maintenance and quality control methods,leads to the confusion of wind turbine gearbox maintenance services market,the maintenance of quality problems have occurred.Therefore it is of great significance to research on the quality control of the maintenance of the wind turbine gearbox.Wind turbine gearbox repair has unique characteristics,variety product,large amount of maintenance,strict quality requirements,difficult process,the key parts of the large dependence,maintenance cycle length,and a series of features.These characteristics determine the wind turbine gearbox maintenance belongs to multi-varieties and small batch operation mode.However,wind turbine gearbox repair parts also have some similarities.This makes the application of group technology to solve the wind turbine gearbox maintenance quality control problems become possible.In this paper,through the analysis of wind turbine gearbox maintenance process,using group technology,wind turbine gearbox maintenance multi-varieties and small batch operation mode transforms into batch operation mode.Wind turbine gearbox maintenance quality control scheme is proposed through FMEA in SG Company.In this paper,it analyzes the SG Company’s internal and external environment.It set up the FMEA team according to the quality target of SG Company.It identifies potential factors of the failure mode,failure mode,reasons and measures.It identifies detection,occurrence and severity,improving and fixed FMEA model.SG Company maintains wind turbine gearbox according to the establishment of the FMEA model.During maintaining wind turbine gearbox using FMEA model,SG Company has greatly improved the management of the work flow,has improved work efficiency,has improved the quality of the service process of wind turbine gearbox,has improved the overall quality of wind turbine gearbox,has reduced maintenance cost,has increased wind turbine gearbox maintenance benefits,has achieved the quality target,has improved the management efficiency of the company.
