Study On Improvement Of Internal Quality Audit In Company GF

Along with deepening of the global economy integration and competition in the market,more and more enterprises realize that quality excellence pursuing is a must for success in market competition.However,the relevant survey shows that quite number of enterprises has shortage in quality management and shortcomings in its QMS running effectiveness,the role of an audit as an assessment and as well a promotion to the QMS effectiveness is not yet well functioning.Specifically,as per analysis of the situation and issues in recent years of the company GF,it also needs to improve its quality audit very much.In this dissertation,it mainly covers the following portions.Firstly,analysis is carried out throughout the following aspects of relevant internal and external quality audit reports at the corresponding period,and system performance indicators etc.,in combination of certain interviews regarding the situation,the company have the issues highlighted in the following two aspects regarding quality audit,1)management aspects,to certain extend all level of employees were lack of knowledge,recognition and participation to internal audits,and certain audit findings often reoccur,2)technical aspects,certain issues existed regarding audit procedures and effectiveness of audits implementation.Then,improvement measures are studied,defined,and applied accordingly,finally the improvement effectiveness are evaluated.The study results show that,based on interpretation to the evolution of the relevant audit results,and system performance indicators before and after the improvement,throughout the improvement study this time the company GF had promoted its own internal audit capacity,optimized the audit procedures,improved the effectiveness of its QMS,to certain level improved its capability of prevention and alert to quality issues,avoided severe customer complaints,improved customer satisfaction,and promoted its continual improvement in consequence.Moreover,the analysis and improvement means applied in this study for audit related issues can be referential to the other fellows of the same field.
