According to the analysis of the present status in construction quality and tendency of construction quality management in China, it is studied the opportunity identifying technology of persistent improvement for construction quality in this paper. Firstly it expatiated the meaning of customer and identification methods and then explained how to convert customer' s requirements to detailed quality items by quality function deploying technology, in the process you can get the chances of construction quality improvement, when confirming the degree of customer' s quality evaluation, artificial neural network technology was adopted to overcome the shortcomings of traditional methods. It is known that another important way to find the quality improvement chances is quality diagnosis so the multi-quality controlling chart was used. It provided the capacity to control all the elements about construction quality. For automatic identification of quality controlling chart I used neural network method and explained how to get the simulative data, so the efficiency of quality diagnosis was improved.
