Study On Risk Management Of Beijing Yanfang Subway Project

With the rapid development of economic and the increase of population and car ownership,urbanization process in China is accelerating,but at the same time,the contradiction between urban development and transportation is becoming more and more prominent.In order to alleviate it,the country begins to develop urban rail traffic construction.The scope of subway construction varies widely,the scale is large,the fund is huge,and the construction environment and technology is complex,so there are many uncertainties.Besides,due to the long construction period,there are many variable factors and risks,before subway construction we should identify potential risk factors and assess them,then taking measures to reduce or minimize the loss of risks.First,the paper elaborates the theory of project risk management,introduces the implementation background and plan of Beijing Yanfang subway project;Second,we recognizes the risk of the project and establishes a system of risk indicators,including project quality risk,safe management risk,project schedule risk,responsibility cost risk and environment risk.Thirdly,the paper introduces several methods of risk assessment and determines the weights of all levels of risk evaluation index system by using AHP.Finally,the paper determines the risk level for each risk and for the whole project by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,analyzes the methods of risk respond,including risk evasion,risk transfer,risk elimination,risk retention.For each grade Ⅱ index indentified before,the paper will put forward appropriate measures.Based on the research of risk management of subway construction project,the paper comes up with a theoretical framework and a methodology about risk management of subway construction.The risk management of subway construction is a dynamic process,which will produce many uncertainties.So we should identify and assess risks with full consideration.There are different risks at different period of project,so pre-control measures to be taken will be different too.
