With the rapid development of aerospace science and technology and the rapid ascension of defense industry,unmanned flight control technique is increasingly becoming the focus of development in aerospace and defense field.The performance of new unmanned aerial vehicles(UAV)is better than previous UAVs in speed,power,accuracy and so on.At the same time,the flight test environment of unmanned aircraft is also more complex than before.The safety and reliability of aircraft must be improved to adapt to complex electromagnetic environment and multi-objection protection.The existing safety control mode of UAVS cannot fully meet the relatively complex test environment and the stringent security requirements.The current problem of aircraft safety control technique is that how to improve the reliability and effectiveness of the safety control system on the basis of the existing security conditions in order to adapt to the safety requirements for flight test under the new situations,which needs to be solved urgently.This article through consult and study the existing literature at home and abroad,analysis the current control system of UAV,in order to improve the reliability and effectiveness of the UAV security control system as a starting point,from the current control technology of UAV security control domain problems needed to resolve,this article completed the following work.(1)This paper analysis the main safety problems existing in the UAV flight and the key point of the UAV control system,from the basic work safety control system principle,working mode,principle of safety assessment,this paper design a kind of based on real-time data acquisition,coding,transmission,storage of the passive control ground station,the real-time bidirectional transmission of UAV command and airborne data is completed,autonomous and passive safety control of UAV in test area is successfully realized..(2)Combined with the design principle of hardware and the design of ground station of general requirements,this paper confirmed the hardware design platform which based on AT89S52 single chip microcomputer as the core,full consideration in the design process,the compatibility between the various modules for comprehensive control board,communication control panel,digital radio,data storage and regulated power supply has carried on the detailed design.At the same time joined the photoelectric isolation,add filter capacitor necessary anti-interference measures,such as to eliminate the influence of outside of system,improve the stability and reliability of the system.(3)From the safety of ground station software,software simulation test platform for digital design,display and control software design of machine,the active and passive control of ground station software system are designed in detail.And in this section,the analysis and research is focus on the integrated control circuit,digital route generation,GPS output subsystem,data collection,coding,transmission,display and so on the design and implementation of each function module.(4)Based on the semi physical simulation test platform,the reliability of the system is analyzed.The application of dynamic simulation and actual flight test is studied based on the active and passive control of ground station which is designed in this paper.Through analysis the simulation and test data,the practice results show that the safety control system designed in this paper can achieve the desired control effect.
