The rapidly developing global economy is facing the dual challenges of energy shortage and environmental pollution.The ecosystem has exposed a series of environmental issues that have affected the long-term development of humankind.At present,the development of the international automotive sector is moving in the direction of electric and smart cars,and countries are targeting new energy vehicles one after another.China is no exception.New Energy has a unique form of power and has its own unique design criteria and characteristics.However,the styling process of existing new energy vehicles(especially for cars that can be mass-produced)first considers mechanical factors.According to the survey,most of the new environmentally-friendly car designs used in the survey are very similar to those of the single-powered car.No matter whether it is in the overall appearance or design style,it basically follows a unified model,and the differentiation of models is very low.In other words,the new environmentally-friendly car has not yet been able to create its own specific shape in terms of design.The paper takes the sports SUV as the research object,based on the ecological concept image analysis and the SUV form analysis method,and integrates the ecological concept into the research of new energy SUV modeling design.The status quo and problems of the existing product design were analyzed,the evolution process of the new environmentally friendly SUV car model was described in detail,the relationship between the vehicle model change and the ecological concept modeling was clarified,and based on the ecological concept,an ecological concept was proposed.New energy SUV design principles such as horizontal image analysis principle and longitudinal form analysis principle,design flow and methods such as ecological concept and SUV feature combination method,initially formed a modeling language and symbol system representing its own characteristics,and initially established an ecological concept based on The new energy SUV modeling design evaluation method,and Toyota's new environmentally-friendly car as a practical case,all-round performance from the initial market research to the car configuration,and finally to the overall design of the 3D model to create an entire design The process verifies the feasibility of the proposed method.Itsresearch results are conducive to environmental protection and better meet the needs of users,provide important reference for similar designs,and are of great significance to promoting the industrial upgrading and sustainable development of the automotive industry.
