At the beginning of research, by using data collection method to get a lot ofinformation relating to academic research, the research direction is identified in thisarticle–Qinglong County new housing space research based on green energy-saving. It isdetermined on the basis of research through the consolidation of the data analysis as wellas the research topics during the graduate school. After research direction eventuallyestablished, field research methods is used to collect data representing the old Lee Tungvillage. Through analysis and summaries of research data, problems during theconstruction of new dwellings building of old Lee Tung village are urgently needed tosolve, such as thinking lags behind of village building, housing loss, pattern room space’snot meeting the modern psychological needs of residents, and so on. It is practicallyfeasible through analysis and introduction of solar, straw gypsum slag hollow block andbiogas for the three green emerges in old Lee Tung village combining problems to besolved. It comes to the settlement of issues in old Lee Tung village’s new housesconstruction process by using antibody summary law, and optimization design method isconcluded: design living room and bedroom independently, making the function in the useof the two more independence and meeting young group’s living needs; combine theinstallation of clean type biogas and solar energy, set kitchen catering space independently,design sanitary and bathroom integratedly to save the cost of living,improve the quality ofsanitation lives and reduce the incidence of disease; design the garage, storage and dryingplatforms integratedly in combination of the main building, reduce the construction costsof independent garage store room and save the garden space; use energy-savingenvironmental protecting and constructed efficiently straw plaster slag hollow block asarchitectural wall blocks,save the cost of house construction.Eventually it comes to the conclusion: Improve the structure of traditional bedroomspace layout according to old Lee Tung villagers’ actual demand for housing; optimal thedesign of new folk houses combined with the use of clean energy such as solar energy andbiogas etc; use energy-saving environmental protecting and constructed efficiently strawplaster slag hollow block as architectural wall blocks to save the house construction costs. The paper ultimately concluded: It can not only make new residential housingconstruction of Old Lee Tung Village towards the development of new energy savingscientific models, the most important of which is it can improve residents’ living quality,reduce housing construction costs, ultimately achieving the aim of improving the livingstandards of rural residents. Due to the fact that old Lee Tung village in Qinglong Countyis quite a typical representative, the results of this research can be promoted in QinglongCounty within the scope of jurisdiction, and it can accelerate the Qinglong County’s newhousing construction towards the pace of scientific development in a sustainable direction.
