Study On The Environmental Protection Of Passenger And Cargo Hyrid Raukway Construction Haerbin_Jiamusi

Railway can improve the overall transport capacity of the country,help local industries to market,improve the rationality of financial investment.Accelerating the development of the national economy and promoting the development of tourism with local characteristics can play an important role.The paper is based on the study of Harbin to Jiamusi passenger and cargo blending railway in the pre-feasibility study of the new Harbin to Jiamusi passenger and cargo blending project in 2015,the paper gives a detailed analysis of the human,geographical,economic and environmental conditions in Harbin City,county,founder,Binns,Demoli,zhenggaoleng,Darien River,Yilan to Jiamusi city on the route of the Haja Mixed Railway,based on the development concept of modern railway environmental protection project,this paper studies the Environmental Protection project construction of hajia passenger and cargo mixed railway,and determines the project development model,discusses the project risk and risk avoidance problem.This paper summarizes,analyzes,compares and elaborates the current situation of the main stations along the haja passenger and cargo mixed-stock railway,including geographical information,land development and utilization,energy conservation and environmental protection issues and related materials in Harbin,bin,fangzheng,yilan and jiamus cities.At the same time,this paper studies the comprehensive development case of the typical modern railway station regional environmental protection project and the overall development idea of the railway project,and makes a concrete analysis of the concrete railway environmental protection project of hajia passenger and cargo mixed railway,and obtains some obvious opinions according to the actual situation.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the design situation of the main stations of hajiake mixed iron and steel,and the basis of the current national macroeconomic policy,this paper concludes that hajiak mixed railway is suitable for the development of low carbon energy conservation and environmental protection.However,railway construction projects are usually more investment projects,the project construction cycle is longer,the technical professional requirements are higher,the degree of difficulty is also larger,once the relevant preparation for environmental protection is not made in advance,the management of environmental protection is not perfect,will cause immeasurable significant impact on the ecological environment.Therefore,according to the Environmental Protection risk existing in the construction of the project,some suggestions to avoid the risk are put forward.
