The Study On The Communication Interrupt Of Intelligent Substation

With the rapid development of the economic society,the State Grid Corporation intensifies efforts to further promote the smart grid construction process,and more and more intelligent substations are under construction,alteration and operation.According to the power grid construction planning of State Grid Rizhao Power Supply Company,the new substations of 110 kV and above voltage grade must be the intelligent substation.How to ensure the intelligent substation's stable operation is the main breakthrough direction in this paper.Due to the total information in the intelligent substation is digitized,the stability of the station information exchange is an important part of the stable operation of intelligent substation.However,the intelligent substation communication interrupt of State Grid Rizhao Power Supply Company occurs more frequent,which will cause the protection device closure,substation real-time data cannot be synchronized,regulating operation cannot be executed.Considering the engineering actual situation,the reliability research of the intelligent substation is an inevitable trend.The reliability of the substation operation directly influences by the reliability of the communication network,and then affects the reliable operation of the power grid.Most of the existing researches are the theoretical research on the reliable modeling,few scholars research to the engineering practice in combination with the communication interrupt fault.This paper which aims at the malfunctions of intelligent substation communication interrupt takes various measures to effectively reduce the number of the intelligent substation communication interrupt and improves the reliability of the intelligent substation from the device hardware,software,and the construction technology.Combined with the actual work of State Grid Rizhao Power Supply Company,this paper analyzes the current situation of the communication network of the intelligent substation,analyzes and classifies the likely cause of the communication interrupt.Ultimately this paper finds that device failure is the main problem of the intelligent substation communication interrupt.Aiming at the main sticking point of the intelligent substation communication interrupt,this paper counts the export ledger,investigates and analyzes four reasons of the device failure.For four reasons of the device failure,this paper develops four countermeasures.This four countermeasures are implemented in Shijing intelligent substation,Dishui intelligent substation and Zhujia intelligent substation to get the effects of the four countermeasures.Ultimately,this paper gets the processing methods of the intelligent substation communication interrupt fault.
