The relay protection technology of intelligent stations,there are many uncertain factors.Compared with conventional protection devices,smart station relay protection devices have undergone major changes,and their operation and maintenance methods are also quite different.This paper studies the state maintenance strategy of the intelligent substation relay protection device,and proposes the state maintenance strategy based on the Weibull proportional failure model.As the object,the proposed model strategy is analyzed with examples.The main research contents are as follows:(1)According to the basic structure and characteristics of the secondary system of the smart substation,analyze the abnormal operating conditions of each component including the optical fiber communication system,the relay protection device and the switch failure,and propose the corresponding operation and maintenance strategy.(2)A conditional maintenance strategy based on the Weibull proportional failure model is proposed.At a certain time t,if the conditional maintenance model is met,it indicates that the equipment’s operating state has deteriorated and proper maintenance can be carried out;otherwise,the equipment is operating normally;The parameter estimation algorithm of Weibull proportional failure model has been improved,a separate estimation algorithm is proposed,and the maximum availability method is studied.The advantage of this strategy is that it makes the status of equipment easier to master,so that the maintenance is more targeted.(3)Analyzed the scoring rules of the historical operating status indicators and real-time operating status indicators of the intelligent station protection device,and obtained the scoring method of each status indicator,and proposed the status maintenance strategy of the intelligent station relay protection device based on the proportional failure model,And analyzed its implementation steps and processes.The advantage of this strategy is that it can effectively carry out reasonable maintenance of the protection device according to the evaluation results.(4)The historical operating status indicators and real-time operating status indicators of the PCS-931 protection device are statistically analyzed.The separate estimation algorithm proposed in this paper is used to estimate the parameters of the Weibull proportional failure model,and the maximum availability method is used to maintain The threshold function is solved.The advantage of this strategy is that it is easy to establish a model to analyze the working condition of the device and to carry out maintenance.The effectiveness of the proposed strategy is verified through an example analysis.
