With the upgrade and change of China and the global market and economic environment and economic structure,the current era of internet informatization and global integration,the rapid development of technology,excess manufacturing capacity,and serious homogenization of industries and products,the market competition is not only extremely fierce,but also crosses regional and traditional boundaries and the competition scope is greatly expanded.The traditional market is also facing shrinkage,drastic changes and even extinction.The consumption concept and consumption pattern of the society are also changing dramatically,and the upgrading and change of consumption also make enterprises face new challenges and dilemmas.With so many development difficulties,it is difficult for enterprises,especially small and medium-sized enterprises and start-ups to become bigger and stronger through existing product and technology innovation in their industries.What kind of development strategy to choose,accurately position the development direction and focus of the enterprise in this complex environment and competition,and improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise,is called the common problem of the enterprise.In order to get rid of the nightmare of homogenization,seek new profit growth points and expand new demand and market fields,many enterprises have opened a new blue sea through cross-border innovation.M Company is a technology company which was founded in 2012 and located in Shenzhen,the most innovative and dynamic first-tier city in China,and is engaged in the design,development,manufacture and sale of medical devices and health products.With the development of domestic professional medical imaging equipment market and the nationalization of multinational enterprises and the capitalization of domestic leading enterprises,the maturity of low-end products leads to homogenization and price competition,and the barriers to middle-end and high-end products are high and competition is further intensified,which has brought great pressure and difficulties to the survival and development of the start-up small and medium-sized company M in this industry.How to improve M company's competitiveness,how to achieve sustainable development,how to find a suitable market space and position and open its own market space are very serious practical problems in front of M company.Therefore,this paper takes M Company as the research object,studies and summarizes the development strategy,value innovation,blue sea strategy,strategic analysis methods and tools in the research process,and uses relevant analysis tools to comprehensively analyze and study the external and internal environment of M Company,combining with the theoretical guidance of blue sea strategy,value innovation and so on,to select and formulate practical development strategies and implement safeguard measures for M Company and provide useful guidance and reference for the development of M Company.
