| With the rapid development of China's national economy, Construction industry has become a pillar industry of national economy. It's a pressing issue that how to effectively manage the construction market and regulate the behavior of the parties involved in construction projects. Bidding for construction projects is internationally accepted, mature and scientific way of construction contracts. It can ensure the quality of construction projects, reduce the cost of project and improve the economic benefits. Bidding for construction projects is the most important part, which determines whether the successful completion of the project. However, there are still many problems and shortcomings in the current bidding process for many reasons. For example: construction market is not standardized, construction companies is lack of competitiveness because bidding strategies cannot fully use and so on. Therefore, this paper chooses to study the management of bidding for construction project, it has got a good theoretical and practical significance to promote the standardization of bidding for construction activities.The paper makes a qualitative study of the current system bidding for construction projects in domestic and foreign countries. On the basis of the systematic study in the operation and market policies of developed countries and regions, the author pointed out problems in the process current bidding for construction projects. The author used the case study method; take the example of Shandong University Gymnasium, and proposed strategies and measures for the standardized management of the bidding. Finally, the author applied the comparative analysis to propose measures for improvement in tendering procedures, evaluation methods, laws and regulations. |
