Vehicle intelligence index refers to an integrated and extensible reference value and criterion of automobile product intelligence at each stage based on the SAE level division by synthetically using the standardization,rationality and easy comparison measurement index in the process of automobile intelligent development.Its purpose is to play the role of product research and development guidelines,technical evaluation criterion,science and technology development orientation and so on through a series of three-dimensional,practical,all-round positioning.The intelligent vehicle index strives to create the wind vane which could lead the intelligent development of the global automotive industry.Its essence is the methodology of measuring the automobile intelligent level and the base value and verification system of intelligent vehicle research.Its basic idea is to use the systematic index which can be expanded horizontally and vertically and scientifically and rationally to carry out the detailed benchmarking of each sub-index,also determine the different weights of each index so as to complete the synthetic positioning of the intelligent automobile level.The Automotive Intelligent Index will build an evaluation system that runs through the full cycle of the automotive intelligent development process.Based on the level of vehicle intelligence at different stages of Level 0-5,a detailed horizontal evaluation and vertical deepening systematic evaluation indicators will be established,and professional evaluation will be conducted.(Laboratory evaluation,virtual scene evaluation,closed scene evaluation),practical conditions(open road assessment,scientific and technological events evaluation),market evaluation(brand indicators,satisfaction indicators)and other "Trinity" comprehensive evaluation weighted calculation corresponding index,automotive intelligence The index is divided into two phases: functional and performance.For thecurrently mass-produced intelligent vehicles in level 1-2 and the transition to Level 3,the evaluation indicators of the advanced driver assistance system and V2 X communication function are mainly considered,and the corresponding three-level tree type index hierarchical structure is established.Based on automated intelligence and networked intelligence,it is based on advanced driver assistance functions,V2 V,V2I,V2 N and V2 P.It is suitable for the evaluation system of indicators such as cruise control,automatic parking,lane keeping assist,forward collision warning,traffic light warning,online/real-time navigation,pedestrian pedestrian warning.Based on the established evaluation index system,the advantages and disadvantages of the subjective and objective evaluation methods are comprehensively used to determine the index weights,and the evaluation model is constructed to complete the concrete implementation process of the vehicle intelligent evaluation examples.Finally,the calculated evaluation scores and star-rated results can provide a basis for judging the intelligent level of the car,thereby promoting the overall improvement of the level of smart car technology research and development,and providing a scientific,reasonable and reliable reference for social consumers.The research result of this paper is beneficial for the national ministries to formulate the decision-making with development of intelligent automotive industry,constantly improve the intelligent vehicles testing and evaluation techniques,and improve the corporation of testing agencies in different departments and different areas.Also,It has great significance of enhancing the social groups' objective understanding of intelligent vehicles,and rapidly promoting public recognition and acceptance.As well,it will provide highly authoritative and reliable reference of purchasing cars for consumers,so as to improve the market experience of mass production intelligent vehicles and promote the healthy consumption of intelligent automobile products...
