Throughout the past decade,the number of cars in China has increased from 76 million in 2009 to 250 million now,with an increase of more than 200%.The number of cars is on the rise,and the problem of parking in small communities is becoming more and more prominent.The advantages of the three-dimensional mechanical parking lot are gradually presented to the government and developers.However,according to the current operation and management status of the three-dimensional mechanical parking lot in Jiangsu Province,residents in the community generally respond to it.According to the field investigation,problems occurred in the use of three-dimensional mechanical parking lot,and the management personnel did not repair it in time.When parking management companies supply maintenance funds,the lack of funds affects the maintenance schedule of machinery and equipment.Based on the above situation,this paper tries to establish a scientific,practical and applicable evaluation system for operation and management of three-dimensional mechanical parking lots in the community from the perspective of operation and management of three-dimensional mechanical parking lots in the community,so as to provide effective and reasonable methods for improving the quality of operation and management of three-dimensional mechanical parking lots in the community.Firstly,by studying the relevant theories of operation management evaluation and the research status of operation management of three-dimensional mechanical parking lots at home and abroad,based on the existing national laws and regulations,based on the actual investigation of the three-dimensional mechanical parking lots in the community,the primary evaluation index is selected from the perspective of practicality.Secondly,through the initial test and the formal test after the selection of indicators,factor analysis and correlation analysis were used to eliminate the constructed evaluation indicator set,and the final evaluation indicator set was formed.Then,the weight of the final evaluation index set was assigned through analytic hierarchy process and expert interview,and the importance degree of 5 first-level indexes and 18 second-level indexes was analyzed by using the single ranking and total ranking principle of index hierarchy.Finally,taking a residential area of pinghe road in suzhou city as an example,the paper makes an empirical analysis by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Is proved in this paper,build the evaluation system and analysis method is reasonable and practical,can be well applied to the three-dimensional mechanical parking lot on the evaluation of the operation management of community,to help find parking management in the operation management of deficiencies and effective improvement direction,and can provide some improvement measures have a problem.
