Automobile mold is an important supporting industry of the automobile industry.The development level of automobile molds is an important constraint to the automobile industry.At present,due to the fragmented resources,low degree of specialization,shortage of technical staff and other issues,China's automobile mold industry is difficult to match the automobile industry.Therefore,how to promote the rapid development of automobile mold industry,how to improve the productivity of automobile mold industry,how to break through the key technologies of automobile molds,how to shorten the cycle of R & D and manufacture of automobile molds,and how to integrate the resources of socialization is the key problems to achieve agile,intelligent,innovative and service-oriented development.In view of the above situation,this paper pioneered the idea of crowd-intelligence into the automotive mold programming work,and conducted an in-depth research on the organization and management mode of the group wisdom process oriented to automobile molds.Firstly,based on the analysis and comparison of many kinds of organization management modes,this paper puts forward the demand-based analysis and the characteristics of crowd-intelligence cooperation mode.Also,this paper proposes a system matching crowd-intelligence cooperative organization management mode based on capability selection.Secondly,this paper constructs the ability evaluation system of process programming users from the aspects of automobile mold types and process programming stages,and establishes the initial evaluation model and dynamic evolution model of user capabilities.The validity of the evaluation system is verified by examples.Thirdly,this paper proposes a process matching task matching mechanism based on user ability and establishes mathematic model and matrix expression respectively for process programming needs and user capabilities,and establishes task-capability matching process and algorithm by using intuitionistic fuzzy sets.Finally,this paper designs and initializes the overall system framework of cloud platform for automobile mold.And divided the users into four categories based on the programming ability and analyze the characteristics of each type.The results of this paper are of great significance to how to effectively utilize the group-wise collaboration in support of the process planning of automobile mold technology.
