The design of the product is a creative activity centered on people,It mainly includes the form of products,man-machine interaction experience and user's aesthetic and emotion,etc.The product design involves a wide range of disciplines,including mechanical engineering,psychology,design,human-computer interaction,etc.Image thinking and rational thinking are necessary in the design process,so it has always been one of the puzzles of design research.In addition,with the consumption upgrade,the consumers are increasingly strong demand for products,the mass customization production mode is increasing popularity,which is poses challenges to the modeling design of new products.Therefore,it is of great significance to study how to quickly design the iterative design of products,while also taking into account the consumer's emotional needs and market demands.This paper based on the case knowledge technology,combines the existing product modeling design process,and obtains the modeling design process based on case knowledge,that mainly includes three main processes:the organizational framework of case modeling knowledge,the construction of case modeling knowledge base,and the design of case modeling knowledge base.In this paper,from the perspective of the user to understand the modelling of product knowledge,namely on the basis of the theory of object design knowledge,give full consideration to the consumer to the kansei image of modelling,build the knowledge of product modeling framework.Using multidimensional scale analysis and cluster analysis,the case samples were screened and classified,and the modeling knowledge of cases was obtained through likert scale and experimental method,and use the form of"attribute-vocabulary" to build a case modeling knowledge base system.Process using entropy method to calculate weight of the various modelling characteristic elements,based on case modeling knowledge base system,and by applying the method of the neighboring knowledge guide method,similar case retrieval and matching,thus obtains the modelling of similar case description.Through the combination,variation and reasoning of the modeling features,the design idea is obtained and the scheme design is completed.In the comprehensive evaluation of the scheme,AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to combine qualitative description and quantitative calculation organically,taking into account all factors and selecting the optimal scheme.Through the case design of valve drink machines,interpretation and verify the feasibility and efficiency of case-based knowledge design process and drink machines model of knowledge base,and it has important reference and practical significance in the late products iteration design.
