With the progress of economy and science and technology,China's modern hospital has entered a stage of rapid development.The elevator,as the basis of the normal operation of high-rise residential buildings which is responsible for the delivery of large numbers of people and medical supplies in hospital.With the improvement of hospital comprehensive medical service level,the type of hospital elevator is increasing with its functional subdivision.There into,the hospital introduces the authority elevator for medical staff to use.But at present,there is not a systematic way of dealing with the problem of resource allocation for the authority of the elevator in China,especially for the elevator which has a strong subjectivity in the assignment of authority,the solution is not scientific and reasonable.And it causes the power elevator not to be used reasonably,the needs of medical staff are also unmet,which causes the waste of resources in some extent.In view of the above problem,the paper has taken the group of authority elevator groups of a Tertiary A Hospital-R hospital in Tianjin.as the research object.According to the previous data analysis of the elevator flow,the number of access and the maximum allocation of each elevator were redefined,and the personnel evaluation system was established to extract the key factors of the personnel and determine the importance of the factors.Based on the above factors,the data is collected and classified,the matching scheme of the access elevator ladder is determined,and the results are predicted and simulated.The main work of this paper is as follows:First of all,based on the big data analysis of the elevator flow,SPSS and Python software are used to analyze the previous traffic flow and extract peak time period,and the service floors of different access elevators are redefined using the difference degree,and the user characteristics of different access elevators are extracted,so as to determine the distribution limits of each access elevator and the allocation limit.At the same time,to establish the key factor index system of medical staff and put forward the Fuzzy-DA important degree evaluation index system,establish evaluation sets and membership function.Using the DEMATEL method to determine the primary index relationship,the secondary index weight was determined by the ANP method,then the key factors were determined by constructing the comprehensive quality evaluation model,and the results were verified by multiple evaluation methods.Secondly,based on the extracted key factors to design the personnel information collection list and the data collected is pre-processed.By using combinatorial clustering to classify the personnel,according to the two step clustering,the optimal clustering number is determined,and the system clustering determines the personnel classification scheme.According to the principle of priority scheduling,the matching scheme of R hospital ladder is determined according to each elevator permission number.Based on the random forest to establish the forecasting model,and based on the Web port design and implementation of R hospital elevator query system,it is convenient to query and provide guarantee for elevator allocation.Finally,in order to verify the feasibility of the optimized staff and the rights of the elevator resource allocation scheme,the simulation is carried out using Flexsim software.Using the Solidworks software is used to draw the model.After optimizing the visual effect by 3D Studio Max,Flexsim is imported to simulate simulation to ensure the feasibility of the scheme.
