Nowadays,the domestic land price is high,most of the buildings adopt the vertical development model,high-rise and super high-rise buildings become the mainstream buildings.Among them,the hospital ward building is different from other high-rise buildings,and the floating population density is high,which makes passengers put forward higher requirements for elevator carrying capacity.The traditional single-car elevator is more and more unable to meet the requirements of people.In order to solve this problem,experts in the elevator industry have developed a new type of elevator-Gemini elevator.Gemini elevator refers to the installation of two independent cars in the shaft,which can greatly improve the transport capacity.However,the twin elevator system is in the early stage of development,what kind of building it is suitable for and how to replace the traditional single-car elevator system is the research focus and difficulty of scholars and experts at home and abroad.Firstly,this paper introduces the present situation of elevator group control technology at home and abroad.The development and composition of the twin-elevator system are introduced.The operating rules of the twin-elevator are designed for the structural characteristics of the twin-elevator,and the optimal control objectives of the system are determined.This paper points out the existing problems of the hospital ward building,and through the analysis of the passenger flow of a hospital ward building in Huangdao,finds out the distribution law of the passenger flow,and constructs the passenger flow generation model.A pattern recognition method of passenger flow based on fuzzy control is proposed.the type and intensity of passenger flow in ward building are taken as the input variables of fuzzy reasoning.The rule base of 10 kinds of passenger flow modes is established so that the twin elevator system can realize the optimal ladder assignment according to the change of passenger flow intensity and passenger flow type in an all-round way.Finally,the fuzzy control algorithm is applied to the twin elevator system,the waiting time WT,residual response capacity CV,call concentration degree GD,elevator utilization UR are taken as the input,and the existing problems are taken as the control objective to establish a comprehensive evaluation function.Through the simulation software Matlabl4a,the simulation comparison and expected value analysis are carried out between the traditional single-car elevator system based on the shortest waiting time algorithm and the double elevator system based on fuzzy control.The above analysis shows that the twin elevator system based on fuzzy control has a better control effect,indicating that the system constructed in this paper can better dispatch the passenger flow in the ward building of the West Coast Hospital,alleviate the passenger flow pressure and solve the existing problems.It not only meets the needs of passengers who want to get to the destination floor quickly,but also conforms to the future development trend of elevators,and responds to the policy of energy saving and emission reduction in our country.
