With the intensification of aging and the improvement of the consumption ability of the elderly, more and more people pay attention to the problem of elderly people’s travel. This paper aims at matching the appearance of the electric vehicle and the user’s perceptual demand.According to the Kansei engineering process as the theoretical basis, the guidance design of mathematical model of Kansei engineering is established. The innovation point is to study the influence of each element of electric vehicle appearance on perceptual evaluation, and to explore the correlation degree of its influence. The main contents are as follows:(1)The design elements of electric scooter are decomposed, and the design elements with high attention are selected by means of questionnaire survey.(2)A questionnaire survey was conducted to collect and screen sample representative and Kansei words, and to establish Likert scale.(3)The use of the number of a kind of theory combined with the design elements of the sample plot, the quantized data and perceptual evaluation data for statistical analysis, calculate the correlation coefficient of each design factor, establish the mathematical model of Kansei engineering.(4)According to the mathematical model to guide the design of user analysis,to meet the design requirements and comply with the preferences of the program, the use of a questionnaire survey to test whether the program meets expectations.(5)The feasibility of the development plan is analyzed from the aspects of structure, force and man-machine.According to the research,we can see that the top five parts of the electric scooter are the front face, the seat, the bumper, the car handle and the lighting. For the subjects of this study,"comfortable","safe" and "easy to use" are the most important perceptual evaluation vocabulary.Different combinations of components of an electric scooter have an impact on the product semantics, and can be predicted by a linear equation.Establishing the mathematical model of Kansei engineering is good, and it can help designers to master the perceptual image of products and improve the efficiency of research in the early stage of product improvement. |
