This paper takes Concentric Canister Launcher as the research object, the establishment of a three-dimensional solid model was calibrated, the strength of the launch of the device and launch safety assessment on the basis of dynamic simulation analysis.Missile vertical launching with no emission blind area, compact space, modular loading advantages, and is the large carrier platform matching weapons and equipment. Vertical launch ways mainly have two:the public platoon guide and concentric cylinder emission. Concentric tube launch technology for missiles, launchers and naval vessels design provides more versatility, light weight, simple structure, low cost, and can significantly improve the performance of the launch system.Paper analyzes the Concentric Canister Launcher structural features, the3D solid modeling of Concentric Canister Launcher is completed, mainly include the launch box, the inner wall and rail, the outer tube, the adapter Artesia Shell Stop devices, rail, lid. Based on the value of gas flow, get the concentric cylinder emission surface pressure distribution within, derived launchers compression load of the highest parts of diversion cone and near the area of the cylinder bottom. So according to the related simulation software diversion cone stiffness and strength analysis, deflector cone and cylinder bottom stress and strain. The results show that the deformation of the cylinder bottom in a safe range, structural strength to meet the requirements.Establish a dynamic simulation model based on the finite element method, then analyzed the motion characteristics and dynamic response of the missile. Then analyzed the launcher’s security issues, discussed the launcher’s several common security issues, and proposed solutions. Focused on the analysis of missile adapter shedding problem. Adapter fluid analysis model is built, for three different wind conditions, calculated by the fluid get wind load on the role of adapter. For three different wind conditions, shedding of the adapter is analyzed. The results show that the adapter off at a safe distance from the outside, verify the security of the emission process.
