BIM has been a hotspot in the field of architecture research and application in recent years.The advantages of technology enhancement and optimization of traditional management modes brought by BIM applications have been recognized by users.BIM applications can bring progress,cost,quality and safety benefits to the construction project.However,there are relatively few quantitative studies on the factors affecting the BIM application efficiency of construction projects at home and abroad.Therefore,this paper investigates the influencing factors of BIM application benefit of construction projects,and summarizes these factors to establish a model to quantitatively analyze the impact of these factors on BIM application benefits,grasp the key influencing factors,and propose corresponding countermeasures to guide enterprises.Improve the efficiency of BIM applications and better promote the application of BIM in construction projects.The research in this paper includes:First of all,through the literature research and expert consultation methods,the selection and screening of the factors affecting the application of BIM in construction projects are selected.Finally,21 evaluation indicators are selected as measurement variables,which are classified into six types of latent variables such as policy law,personnel,technology,organization,management,and industry market,which constitute the index system of BIM application benefit influencing factors.Secondly,based on the relevant theoretical research results,the structural equation model of BIM application benefit influencing factors is constructed and empirical analysis is carried out.By determining the path coefficients of the latent variables and the measured variables,it is concluded that the factors affecting the BIM application benefit according to the path coefficient size are: Technology>Industry Market>Organization>Management>Policy and Law>Personnel.Among the measurement indicators,the impact coefficient is: BIM corresponding standard,standard operability,master BIM application personnel,BIM-based workflow collaboration,participant trust,sharing awareness,project participation ability,senior management The degree of support and the level of organizational structure based on BIM.Finally,the above evaluation model is verified by the actual construction project case.Firstly,according to the path coefficient of the model,the index weights of each latent variable and measured variable are determined.Then,the relevant personnel of the case score the evaluation index according to the characteristics of the project,and the proposed BIM application benefit evaluation factor evaluation model is verified according to the evaluation result and relevant countermeasures are proposed.
