Design And Implementation Of LNG Gas Station Monitoring System Based On MAC310

With the arrival of the new century,people are more clearly aware of the importance of environmental protection.Liquefied natural gas was gradually increased as mainly clean energy in production and life.As an important industrial site for natural gas transmission and distribution systems,LNG gas stations have become particularly important for ensuring their safe operation and reducing potential safety hazards.The article takes the actual project of a liquefied gas station in Liaoning as the background.In order to improve the safety performance of small and medium-sized LNG gas station control systems,a cost-effective intelligent monitoring system was designed.For LNG gas station structure and process characteristics,this design selected Dalian Institute of Technology Computer Control Engineering Co.,Ltd.MAC series programmable logic controller(PLC)as the core of the main control device to exploit an effective intelligent monitoring system to meet the control requirements of the liquefied gas station.The monitoring system selects the MAC310 programmable controller and I/O modules such as EA211 to design the system slave computer accomplish the control of field devices such as solenoid valves and odor pumpsfor by real-time data acquisition?monitoring?alarming and interlocking functions.At the same time,it adopts the MCGS configuration software of Beijing Kunlun State Automation Software Technology Company to complete the human-computer interaction interface.By designing friendly human-computer interface including the different monitoring screens?real-time data display?remote monitoring and recording data alarm conditions reduces the labor intensity of operators and ensures the system safe and effective operation.In order to meet the gas station production monitoring requirements,The simulation verified the validity of the configuration work of host and slave computer.At the same time,this paper also provides several gas station data supervision system plan,which lays a solid foundation for the group company to realize the integrated intelligent control system.The system has been actually put into production at a liquefied gas station in Liaoning.The operation results that the monitoring system designed by this project is correct and effective.It can ensure the safe and reliable production of small and medium-sized LNG gas stations.
