The EV industry becomes popular because of its clean and reproducible fuel. So it is very necessary to build the centralizing, reliable and high-efficient charge-station for the EVs in order to extend the EV industry. This thesis, based on the monitor and detection system of the charge-station for 2008 Olympic Games, discusses the structure of the charge-station, then analyses the Charger Monitoring System functions and its key technologies, and explains the structure of the RS485 and CAN bus, the Application Layer Protocol for communications. The protocol based on this system has good reliability and simplification. This thesis also analyses the soft and hardware design of the charger control system, analyses the current sharing of the parallel control of charge, and brings forward a method to solve the problem of the precision of charge system when the battery is being charged. This thesis also analyses and introduces the DC ammeter for the energy metering of the charge. The user of EV should know the details of cost and efficiency deeply, and the energy for battery charging is a very important fact in it. This thesis analyses the software and the hardware design of this DC ammeter, analyses the frame, the circuit-outside and the principle of working of CS5461A. It illuminates the data flow; the frame and the design of the DC-DC fly-back power supply in this ammeter, and analyses the design of the adjusting circuit, and the precision of this DC ammeter system. It has proved that this system is able to meet the design requirements with good reliability and high precision of charging and energy metering by practice...
