| There are some problems in the construction industry, such as low productio n efficiency, extensive production mode, high energy consumption, relatively backward technology and management mode.At present, the construction industry has ushered in the transformation and reform, from the traditional cast-in-place to prefabricated building. But in the actual construction process, the advantages of prefabricated buildings cannot be fully highlighted, the production efficiency of some assembly projects is even lower than that of traditional cast-in-place projects. Therefore,it is necessary to use new technology and management means to guide the schedule control of prefabricated buildings. The schedule control is based on the progress plan.In this paper,BIM technology is applied to the preparation of prefabricated building progress plan to provide support for the better application of prefabricated building. This paper analyzes the rationality and applicability of applying BIM technology to the schedule control of prefabricated buildings. Then, combined with the characteristics of prefabricated buildings, the progress plan information model based on IFC standard is established, the assembly sequence is generated, which helps the formation of the schedule. This paper combines the schedule with the three-dimensional entity model to form the schedule model and verify its feasibility. Finally,a prefabricated building is selected for case analysis. The paper uses the methods described in this paper to generate their schedule, check and analyze the implementation effect, further verify the feasibility of the technical methods proposed in this paper.Through the research and empirical analysis of this paper,we can see that BIM Technology can ensure the accuracy of installation, reduce the occurrence of changes, achieve collaborative schedule control, and provide technical support for promoting the development of prefabricated buildings. |
