Thermal comfort research is of great significance for the reasonable evaluation of indoor thermal environment.Studies have shown that improving the thermal environment parameters can improve the overall thermal comfort of the human body,and can further improve the enthusiasm and work efficiency of the staff.Energy conservation also has a very important impact.For comfort,most of the current research is conducted under mild activity conditions such as office work.There is less research on the staff engaged in physical activity in the workshops of the company.The nature of work,the level of work,the way of working,and the level of metabolism in the workshop are somewhat different from those in the office.The employees of the company mainly engage in some simple and repetitive mechanized manual labor,and their metabolism is higher than that of office activities.Conducting relevant research on such people will help improve the working environment,improve the enthusiasm of employees,and work efficiency.Considering that the space of modern enterprise workshops is generally high,the distribution density of personnel is small,the overall thermal environment control will consume excessive energy consumption,increase enterprise investment and operating costs,so the local thermal environment will be more effective.In this paper,the experimental research is carried out by simulating the activity level and temperature working conditions of the staff in the workshop of the winter enterprise.Local heating is applied to the different body parts of the personnel for local heating,and the thermal sensation,thermal comfort and working efficiency of the human body under different heating modes are analyzed.The impact of etc.The experiment simulates different possible ambient temperatures in the winter workshop,and adopts seven kinds of heating methods such as conventional radiant heating,human wrist,ankle,torso and local heating combined with two parts.In the experiment,the subjects performed three physical activities such as standing,disassembling screws and assembling small bookshelves.The indoor and outdoor environmental parameters were monitored in real time during the experiment,and the physiological parameters(skin temperature,ear temperature)of the subjects were tested,and the work efficiency of the staff was counted.Subjects need to fill out the thermal comfort questionnaire.The main findings are as follows:Analysis of physiological parameters showed that ear temperature and skin temperature were significantly affected by ambient temperature and increased with increasing ambient temperature.Local heating of personnel under certain ambient temperature conditions,ear temperature,skin temperature also increased.Radiant heating can improve the thermal sensation of people,but its energy consumption is relatively high.When the wrist,ankle and torso are locally heated,the thermal sensation of the person is improved compared to no heating,and the thermal sensation is increased when the torso is heated higher than the radiant heating mode.From the point of view of the improvement of the thermal sensation,the heat sensation of the person is best when the torso and the wrist are heated at the same time;from the viewpoint of improving work efficiency,the work efficiency is also highest when the torso and the wrist are simultaneously heated.The analysis of subjective questionnaires such as thermal comfort,heat expectation,and hair sensation also showed that the heating of the local heating suit can improve the thermal comfort of the personnel,and the improvement of the thermal comfort of the personnel is better and works when combined heating.The most efficient.In general,the local heating method and the conventional radiant heating method have better heating effect,which can effectively improve the thermal comfort of personnel.From the comparative analysis of energy consumption,its heating power is much smaller than that of radiant heating,which is more energy efficient.Comparison of different local heating methods shows that the thermal comfort of the person while heating the torso and wrist is best.When there is no central heating in the winter in the enterprise workshop,it is recommended that the staff can use the above local heating method to improve thermal comfort and improve work efficiency.
