In recent years, electric heating gets more and more application because it is convenient to use and flexible to adjust. In the hot summer and cold winter region where heating time is short, building heating load is low and temperature range is large, the superiority of electric heating becomes more obvious.In allusion to the climate characteristic and heating form in the hot summer and cold winter region, local radiant heating system of carbon crystal panel is put forward to be used in this region. And by analyzing pyretogenesis, form, characteristic, heating economical efficiency and environmental protection property of local electric heating, feasibility for application and popularization is obtained.The method of combination of experiment and simulation is used for the research on the local radiant heating system of carbon crystal panel. In the experiment, by the test which carbon crystal panels are lain on the floor and on the wall, the temperature field of steady state and the time of reaching steady state are obtained. In the same way, the heating by electric radiator which is put near the wall,is tested. By the comparison of heating experimental data between electric radiator and carbon crystal panel, the characteristics of fast warming, small temperature gradient in local heating area, low equipment power and high temperature of envelope internal surface are obtained. In addition, by the calculation of radiation and convection heat-transfer quantity in local radiant heating system of carbon crystal panel, conclusion which radiation heat-transfer quantity is 50.59 percent of total heat-transfer quantity, is drawn in this article.Based on the theory of Computational Fluid Dynamics and experimental test, physical and mathematical model of local radiant heating system of carbon crystal panel are built. In addition, temperature and velocity field that carbon crystal panels are put in the center of the floor or on the bottom of the wall, are simulated by the FLUENT software. By the simulation, characteristics of indoor temperature distribution and air flowing of different local radiant heating are obtained. At the same time, based on the comparison between experiment and simulation data, the result that the two data types are rather identical are got, and local radiant heating model which are built in the article is proved right. The model can be the basis of further research on local radiant heating simulation.At the end of the article, the power consumption of local radiant heating system of carbon crystal panel, air condition heating system and electric radiator heating system are calculated based on the experiment and simulation.This paper provides theoretical basis and technical support for the engineering design of local radiant heating system of carbon crystal panel in the civil heating field.
