Research On Technical Management Improvement Of NS Company

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly states that China's economic strength and scientific and technological strength will be greatly enhanced and will be in the forefront of innovative countries by 2035.As for innovative countries,only when science and technology innovation is taken as a basic strategy,the ability of science and technology innovation can be greatly improved,thereby can a country with a strong competitive advantage be called an innovative country.Based on this,research on the improvement of enterprise technology management is made with the necessary foundation and needs.This paper analyzes the present situation of technical management improvement in NS Company and finds that the technical management problems are as follows: low ability to improve technology,lack of talented person of the technology improvement,nominal performance appraisal of the research and development,lack of awareness of intellectual property protection and its effective measures,and so forth.It analyzes the fundamental causes of its problems.The content includes there is a lack of strategic product development planning,lack of a standard definition of accountability;staff incentive measures are not in place,etc.In response to the above problems,the improvement scheme is designed,including the product technology management improvement plan of NS company and the process management improvement plan of NS company,and the improvement plan of R & D incentive management.For the effective implementation and landing of the scheme,the system guarantee,human resources guarantee,capital guarantee and organizational culture guarantee measures are put forward.This paper studies the cases of NS Company,synthesizes the project management theory and specialized knowledge of related field.The theory is combined with practice.It aims to make the concrete analysis of the NS company R & D problem,find out the question and solve the problem,solve the delayed development problem of the R & D technology improvement and management ability of NS company.Meanwhile,it is of a reference meaning and a new way of thinking for local enterprises to improve the management of technology.
