Research On Transformation Design Of Old Urban Parks

Park,as the carrier of urban context,also undertakes the function of "green lung" of the city.It is a very important public space in the urban green space system.With the passage of time,all kinds of supporting service facilities of urban parks will inevitably appear aging,damage and other phenomena,these old phenomena will seriously hinder the good use of parks,hinder the development of the city.More and more attention has been paid to the renewal,transformation and development of old urban parks.This paper aims at reserving and excavating the potential cultural charm of old urban parks,finding out the common problems and solving strategies in upgrading old urban parks,and finally realizing the organic renewal and sustainable development of old urban parks.Firstly,based on the basic concepts and related theories,the author compares and analyzes a large number of domestic and foreign urban park renovation cases and the status quo,summarizes the renewal characteristics of urban old parks,and puts forward the renewal design of urban old parks "respect the status quo,coordinate and unite;respect the imprint,continue development;step by step,adjust measures to local conditions" three principles and "preservation and circulation;restoration and governance;symbiosis;remolding;optimization" five major techniques.Secondly,comprehensively analyzes the differences between domestic and foreign old parks transformation strategies,summarizes and draws lessons from the relevant transformation experience,provides reference for the renewal of old urban parks in China,removes its dregs and extracts its essence.Finally,through the practical exploration of the planning and design project of upgrading and renewal of Changde Bin Lake Park in Hunan Province,starting from the theory of renewal design,through the status quo analysis and the contradictions interpretation of the Changde Bin Lake Park.Carry out special transformation aiming at the problems existing in parks.From a practical perspective,we examine the renewal design strategy proposed in this paper.
