In view of the current situation of the plant landscape of the South Lake District of Changde Vocational Technical College, the basic design idea of the transformation and upgrading is given:(1) pay attention to play to the green land benefit, create a quiet and elegant environment, adhere to the "people-oriented", fully embodies the design idea of modern ecological environmental protection type.
